      Pros

      Decent hours. Great time off. Good people. Decent culture. Decent management. Decent pay for what you do.

      Cons

      Terrible place for promotion and pay raises. Terrible client base. It's HOA management, HOA boards are terrible people, the scummie people. It's just the nature of the business. A HUGE step down for a former accountant.

      The only thing that I can say is the great people.

      Cons

      There is no open door policy. Upper management does not follow through on agreements with employees, they change the rules to their benefit. If they feel your salary is to high they will cap you.

      Pros

      In the beginning they take care of you.

      Cons

      Don't expect a salary increase or a bonus. They won't hire people even when they are missing half their staff. The turnover rate is ridiculous. The mileage reimbursement is low. There is no 401k matching. Healthcare is so high employees can't afford it on the peanuts they make. Be prepared to put 500 miles on your car every two weeks. Managment talks a lot but doesn't do anything.
