Pros

Supportive teams to help you fulfill your role in the company and goals overall. Flexible work hours (within reason, depending on your job role). Casual attire-unless you are client-facing. Good training systems, but you will learn the most from jumping into your role and getting hands-on learning. Amazing workplace atmosphere (how often does your current CEO or upper management hand out treats to employees or even deign to say hello every time they pass you in the hall?). Supportive management who treats you as a person with a family and life outside of work. Good benefits including great PTO, paid volunteer hours, insurance (Can't give detail on how good/poor insurance options are as I do not use them, but insurance is offered and seems fairly priced) and other items. Team is not a buzzword here-it is a culture.

Cons

Some roles can be long hours (sometimes), but we have a system in place to make everything flexible and as fair as possible. Pay could be a little higher for some roles with the amount that we do for our associations. There is not a "fast track" for advancement-but this makes sense when you understand that it WILL take more than a few weeks to become an expert in your role-regardless of prior experience.

Pros

Heavily focused on employee satisfaction with more benefits than similar sized companies. There is a legitimate "no jerk" rule where the more aggressive domineering people actually get fired. They are serious about customer service so having happy employees is directly related to delivering on the company's promises to the customers. Training is very professionally done and given priority so you don't have to wonder what you're supposed to know. Great benefits package that's available to even new hires.

Cons

Lower pay than market average

Pros

-5 weeks paid time off -open communication with all departments and "higher-ups" -freedom and flexibility

Cons

-After hours meeting (however, these later evenings are balanced by the flexibility to come in later on those days)
