Pros

I have worked at Spectrum for two years now and I love it! One of the best things about Spectrum is the people who work there - everyone is nice, friendly, helpful, and team-oriented. Management is very open, responsive, and supportive. The open-door policy there is real. Anyone really can walk into the CEO's office (or any other manager) with a question, concern, or idea. The company also bends over backwards to assist employees, to train them, and to provide as much flexibility in terms of work schedule and environment as possible.

Cons

I can't think of one.

2 weeks vacation right off the bat, flexible hours, casual dress code, unique culture.

Cons

Have to attend night meetings quite frequently.

Pros

This is a company that truly cares about people, and it shows. Growing company; opportunity for advancement. Management is making strides toward improving processes, benefits, culture, technology, etc. Recently-remodeled office space is stylish, comfortable, and contributes to a nice work atmosphere. Location is convenient. Management listens and really tries to place employees in positions that are fitting for them. Very positive outlook! They offer generous paid time off, as well as volunteer hours; they care about the local community. I have recommended this employer to friends and former colleagues.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of any "cons" at this time - so much has improved since I started here! It would be great if benefits increased, but it would be unfair for me not to mention that they are currently working on that, and I trust this will come to fruition soon.
