Working at Spectrum Association Management has been amazing so far. I have been employed here for a little over 6 months now and I absolutely love it. Compared to the jobs that I have had in the past, this job my far surpasses them all. The surroundings and culture that this company has is phenomenal. Here at spectrum, there is a equal opportunity for every individual to succeed. Along with that, your voice is heard. Your concerns are actually acted upon. You are treated as family, and not just another average employee. Spectrum provides 5 weeks PTO along with 40 hours of paid volunteer service. Working here has truly changed my outlook for working while in school.

Flexibility is my personal number 1, five-star with this company. I never feel guilty if I, or my child is sick, like other companies have made me feel. Flexible working Options to work in office and at home, five weeks paid vacation, 40 hours of paid volunteer time a year and management that actually understands you are a human being, not just a number. I can go into any managers office and be heard if I have a concern or suggestion, and more often than not; they listen and try to implement what I suggest (of course, within reason). I, personally have recommended this company to several close friends and family and do not regret it...and neither do they.
