Pros

5 weeks PTO, if you're ever allowed the time to take it.

Cons

I joined Spectrum with genuine enthusiasm, believing in the values the company promoted: integrity, community, and service. For a while, those values seemed real. But over time, it became clear they were being quietly replaced by corporate agendas, mismanagement, and a growing disregard for the people doing the actual work. The micromanagement and poor leadership were constant obstacles. Instead of providing vision or support, leadership often left the team directionless. Critical decisions were made without transparency or input. At a time when our team was desperate for guidance, we got silence, or worse, vague promises that were never fulfilled. HR projected friendliness and approachability, but when push came to shove, they made it painfully clear where their loyalties stood. It wasn't with the employees. When issues came up, the support quickly evaporated. It’s disheartening to feel like your hard work and time meant nothing at all. The team I worked with directly was full of talented, passionate people. But I should have paid closer attention when they began leaving one by one. There was a reason for that. As team members left, very little was done to fill those gaps. Sometimes we’d lose three people and get one new hire in return, if that. The result was predictable: burnout, disorganization, and lowered standards across the board. If you're looking for a place that genuinely values its people, be cautious. What you see at first might not be what you get in the long run.

Pros

This company is unlike any other one I've experienced in my 20 year career with it's genuine team support, treatment of everyone as equals, generous PTO, supportive leadership team and flexible for individual needs. I look forward to going to work on Mondays.

Cons

I've worked for many large corporations and this place currently has no cons, except we need more amazing people due to our growth! Regardless the company never overwhelms anyone with too much workload. Leaderships constantly asks and listens to feedback on a daily basis which is why everyone is happy.
