      Pros

      Young co, small, growing, immediate supervisor is excellent

      Cons

      Lacking in organized and efficient management, very poor IT systems snd support, boot legged and out of date software, weekly if not daily IT issues, foul odors from sewer ventilation, office supplies don't exist unless you personally purchase

      Pros

      Decent hours. Great time off. Good people. Decent culture. Decent management. Decent pay for what you do.

      Cons

      Terrible place for promotion and pay raises. Terrible client base. It's HOA management, HOA boards are terrible people, the scummie people. It's just the nature of the business. A HUGE step down for a former accountant.

      Pros

      I worked at my last company for five years. Looking back I didn't realize how bad it was. Spectrum is so much better. I knew I wanted to work here from the moment I walked in. There is just a great vibe here. My boss is understanding - helped me out in a bind with my kids a month ago. Cool people and people seem to care. I've been here coming up on a year soon and I wish I would have found this place a long time ago.

      Cons

      My friend showed me the negative review someone posted. I know the person that put this on here. Some people will never be happy. I guess the negative I would say is working with people that don't know how good it is. My last company didn't have a break room, my boss yelled all the time, never told you you did a good job. Two of the rooms at my last company were 100 degrees in the summer. That office had animal heads all over......And the list goes on. Spectrum is really good about giving kuddos and praising you and working with people.
