Pros

40 hours paid volunteer hours a year and 8.33 hours PTO earned each pay period.

Cons

Pay needs to be restructured. Especially if a portfolio is greater what is required and additional tasks not mentioned in structure are added.

Stressful job, but great company

Pros

Great company to work for. 5 weeks of Paid Time Off. Health insurance, 401k, dental, and life insurance. After 6 months, you have a chance to work from home half of the week. Great culture and values. A lot of activities to boost morale, fun games, and free food almost weekly.

Cons

Pay was not enough for the high level of stress that is community management. People stay because the benefits are REALLY GOOD, but the pay is MEDIOCRE. Super stressful, always dealing with your community residents, HOA board members, and vendors. You're basically always on call, even on the weekends, in case of an emergency in your community.

The company offers 5 week PTO, family orientated, great work environment. Work with wonderful people.
