Pros

Discounted services from cable internet and phone service. As well as security system. Good training program.

Cons

Unachievable goals in the center, management can use some work to relaying messages. Everyone is buddy buddy and if you don't speak to their group they make it seem as if you're lower than them.

Pros

Great benefits, lots of good performance incentives, supervisors and management are willing to work with/for you if you are open and willing to work with/for them.

Cons

We are going through a merger, things are realigning and in a somewhat gray area. It's sales, good days are great but bad days are worse.

Pros

Overcoming objections can dictate your commission and how much you thrive with this company. This is not a base salary type of job.

Cons

Company switching to Spectrum puts this company in a transitional period that may require adapting to new guidelines and regulations and that includes the commission structure
