Pros

Most people are good to work with and easy going. 20% are lifers. 80% are relatively new. Staff mostly < 5 years

Cons

Management does very little to keep down frustrations. People are asked to be change leaders, but not given support. There are several instances of people trying to make positive change, and they are asked to leave or left on their own. The professional staff is constantly turning over. In 4 years one group/cell (responsible for a particular customer segment) saw over 100 % change in the professional staff.

Pros

- Job security - there was always plenty of work.

Cons

I really spent some time thinking out my answers, because I believe there is so much potential in this company, but the culture holds it back: - Too many meetings - there are too many meetings with too many people. These meetings ultimately don't accomplish anything for a majority of the attendees. - Work load was excessive - because the company is growing, there is a lot of work. As a result, people cut corners which ends up creating more work. - A 'point the finger' work environment - everyone is looking out for themselves. - Absolutely shocked at how much attitude you can receive when asking people for help. "I'm too busy for this!" And my number one con: - There is absolutely no Voice of the Customer - company has become so used to disappointing customers that it doesn't seem to phase anyone anymore. Having worked at other companies, it blows my mind that in this day and age, there is no team or task force that is working to improve things for the customer. Even though the company is doing well financially, the lack of attention to the customer will be its downfall. It's a growing company that continues to run like a small company - many of their SOPS need to be reviewed and tweaked to accommodate their growth. If a manager comes across this and thinks, "why didn't you ever say anything," my response would be, "No one asked, and if they did, they would never take this advice to heart."
