- management only cares about money and image. A lot of residents go on hospice care, and caregivers are not skilled enough to help them. Most hospice residents develop ulcers pressures and do not even eat because caregivers forget. They increase the rates every month. If it is not in your care plan, you will get charge extra. -residents do not get the care they should be getting .. Most of these caregivers are not certified CNA and skip training. Thus the care is not to a good standard. It whatever they are in the mood for. - Toxic work environment; workers harassing other workers (verbally) and directors do not care. Directors talk negatively to each other about their employees. Gossiping is their skill. - not enough staff members. 3 people per shift is not enough to give showers,laundry, escort to meal, toileting, and other needed assistance.

-Corporate has lost sight of what is important and only cares about making money. They also have no idea of what the residents want- they don’t want to be on TikTok, they don’t want to go sky diving. They want to have quality time with their friends. -After spending a year dealing with Covid and not getting a raise but being promised a bonus “when this is all over” to be told, the only raises for 2021 would be 1%, I had had enough.
