Pros

The HQ was nice. And several of the legacy leaders are wonderful and level-headed.

Cons

Acting president is a tyrant. His insecurities surface as rage and deflection. Its actually quite awful (and sad) to witness, especially given the industry and work that this company does.

We are appreciative of all feedback and use the information to evaluate our processes making improvements where opportunities exist. We are a bit baffled by elements within this review and are wondering if you have the correct Spectrum. We do not have an "acting president" nor do we have "legacy leaders". The president position has been filled by the same individual for more than five years. The vast majority of our team views our president as someone who cares immensely about team members and the work we do, is passionate about embracing innovative thought processes and has an appropriate expectation that we deliver on what is promised. We know we're lucky to have this and are saddened to hear this wasn't your experience with the organization you reference. We do wish you well in your future endeavors.

Toxic environment for residents & workers

Pros

- flexible schedule - residents are nice -$25 Christmas bonuses that gets taken out of your paycheck -provide meals (only 4 options of food)

Cons

- management only cares about money and image. A lot of residents go on hospice care, and caregivers are not skilled enough to help them. Most hospice residents develop ulcers pressures and do not even eat because caregivers forget. They increase the rates every month. If it is not in your care plan, you will get charge extra. -residents do not get the care they should be getting .. Most of these caregivers are not certified CNA and skip training. Thus the care is not to a good standard. It whatever they are in the mood for. - Toxic work environment; workers harassing other workers (verbally) and directors do not care. Directors talk negatively to each other about their employees. Gossiping is their skill. - not enough staff members. 3 people per shift is not enough to give showers, laundry, escort to meal, toileting, and other needed assistance.
