A few days remote from office

Cons

No support from upper management. No written policies but called out about not following them. Raises and bonuses are so low as to the point you wonder why bother? The increase in the contribution to the health benefits more than eats up any "raise" (usually less than 2%). BUT, if you are in sales, marketing or design group - they will be acknowledged and praised above the sky.... if you work for the company at corporate, be sure you aren't in the lowly position of HR or accounting.
