Was nice at the time (2018-2019), didn’t approve of new kitchen director

I liked the environment, kitchen staff got along for the most part. Pay was alright, hr easy to work with

Cons

When I was there, we went through a change of leadership. The new kitchen director did not have much cooking experience and that was a big point of contention among the kitchen staff.

The company offers large sign on bonuses. The care staff gets amazingly compensated for their hard work. Resident Caretakers start at $19.50 and you are certified to pass medications starting pay is $22.50

Cons

Census is low at the moment but will pick up
