The culture is real and they work hard to keep it that way. The executive team is very approachable and easy to talk to. The owners seem to genuinely care about people and it shows. They promote from within which is great when you are looking at career growth.

Cons

Need to insure the culture stays intact with the projected growth because that is what makes this company such a great place to work.

I like working at Rigden because the residents are great, it is a relaxed atmosphere. I do not get hounded about what I am doing and the time it takes to do anything.

Cons

Cons of working at Rigden Farm are it is sometimes stressful but in the long run it is rewarding knowing that you are contributing to bettering the lives of our seniors.
