Underpaid employees. Bonus was mere cents. I had a bachelors degree in Therapeutic Recreation and Dairy Queen employees were getting paid more than me. The pay raise was little to none. After working there for a year, the pay raise was mere cents. I think the investors, management, and CEO's for this company are fraudulent. Management is making a LOT of money off of the rent the senior residents pay and in return the residents receive low wage workers, poor amenities, and below average dining options.

Very low wages. No bonuses. Favoritism. Won't keep excellent employees due to horrible wages. Wrongful terminations due to personality differences.
