      Pros

      This job offers wonderful PTO benefits and a wonderful job helping those older than you enjoy a wonderful and happy retirement.

      Cons

      Working with the elderly can be saddening do to a loss of someone you used to know.

      Pros

      Everyone is very friendly and they create a fun work environment. Everyone works as a team to accomplish all the tasks to provide a great environment for everyone. The managers are very flexible and understanding with schedules and do their absolute best to work around school and other needs.

      Cons

      I honestly have nothing to report. I love working with Spectrum and find that the community I work within values teamwork and providing the best possible care for the residents.
