Pros

The benefits for part-time employees are great compared to other places. Free meals. The executive director is very good. Spectrum does a good job at making sure the residents are taken care of. I have worked at many facilities, but this one is my favorite.

Cons

There is a lot of drama between the managers. They MAKE all departments work when they are sick, so it is embarrassing when you are working and the residents’ family hear you sniffling ; that is why we have been in quarantine a lot. Like most places like these, we are understaffed and underpaid leading to poor staff.
