Spectrum Retirement is truly a company that values the wants and needs of the residents. That said, Spectrum employs people who are passionate and dedicated to creating an environment where people can thrive and be happy.

Cons

I have not come across a problem that did not have a solution with spectrum retirement.

Pros

They really value their employees and want to make sure they are appreciated. They give every employee free meals during their shift. They create a fun atmosphere not only for the residents but for the staff as well.

Cons

The management level pay is great, but the lower level employee pay could be a bit better.

Working as a part of Spectrum Retirement is like being a part of a big family. Someone is always there for support and encouragement, and they make sure to recognize those going above and beyond.

Cons

I enjoy coming into work everyday, there are no cons at this point.
