Pros

There are no pros for this company

Cons

You're over worked under paid. The hiring process for any employee takes 2 weeks and you have to make 4 trips for your health testing.

Great Company

Pros

It's a great company with a lot of opportunities for growth. Small enough you still felt valued and your opinion matters. Large enough that career growth is reachable

Cons

Communication was a challenge and too many hands were always in the pot. Right hand doesn't always know what the left hand is doing.
