      Pros

      Spectrum retirement is a company with integrity and respect for their team members. The owners are kind and compassionate people. They have surpassed my expectation as a team member with their compassion for not only the seniors they serve but also the teams that work for them. I've worked for many companies in my time and Spectrum is by far the best I've ever worked for.

      The company has been good to me. I have no cons to post.

      Spectrum supplies the support, resources and tools you need to be successful in your position. They provide opportunity for personal growth. I am proud and happy to be part of the Spectrum Team.

      *value employees by giving them meals, bonuses, and other various weekly, monthly, and annual perks *family like atmosphere, home office in Denver seems to care *lots of room for advancement in a growing company
