The customer calls in heated. The only way to submit these is to send tech back out. The customer is mad and can review you on the after call review. Customer leaves bad review of answer provided, but not the way representative treated the customer. It still brought down the representative's metrics. Management informed me to continue making calls, "The number will even out." This is a repeated occurrence. These type of calls are not rare enough to "even out." They will create an excuse for their toxic workplace policies for every single issue. I must emphasize this, its everything they practice.
