Pros

Pay is ok, though drastically less that before the merger (former TWC Employee). Nice employees and nice office.

Cons

Inconsistent policies, Inconsistent pay, terrible morale throughout the company. Sales department consistently getting tech support and billing calls instead of sales call. Departments do not communicate well with each other leading to a convoluted system of resolving issues to the point that most issues never get resolved and the customer is lost to a competitor.

Pros

The two good things is free cable/internet/phone and Time Off. Cable package is going to be changing as well not as much free stuff. it never worked half the time anyways. Vacation time is really good, sick time accrued at like 3hs for every 40hrs worked, 4 days of personal time and 80hrs vacation time, but its hard trying to get the time off. only so much time per day allowed, if you need time off you have to jump thru hoops to get a day off and ready to explain why.. Benefits are cheap (also not good).. Read CONS!!

Cons

Everything sucked! There's a reason why Spectrum is ranked as having one of the worse customer service. We're not allowed to spend more than 15 min on the phones with customers or we get in trouble. The pay is terrible for what you do, overworked and underpaid. Within a year while I was there my workload more than doubled. When Charter took over we lost our monthly and yearly bonuses. My raise for the entire year was 13 cents and I was one of the top performers. The attendance policy changed basically there is no policy. It's at the supervisors discretion, even calling off one day can get you wrote up. Benefits stink. and it's WAY to micromanaged there is constantly a Team Lead, Supervisor, or manager over your shoulder. The billing system is broken. You will get calls constantly from customer with disconnects/orders/service calls not going thru.... There's better options that pay better or the same.
