Cons
Quality Assurance reviews suck. They nit-pick on everything, and unless you get a compliment from your customer on the call they pick, the highest you can get on yiur quality score is 75%. Quality is one of those metrics that can make or break your stats for the month since they're done randomly. They could be done 4 in 2 weeks or 1 in a month and whatever that number is, it sticks. You can listen to the call with your Supervisor and find something wrong, get it "reviewed", but by the time you get feedback on it, you could have had 20+ calls that you can make the SAME mistake and still not know wether or not you are right or wrong.
