Pros

Pay rate, health care plans are affordable and coverage is great, some supervisors are great as well as some managers, PTO, sick time, and float time are different buckets, free mobile streaming access and anti virus, opportunities for advancement are great, and work place culture is great! Supervisors (majority are great) and there are pot lucks to boost relationship building. The daily work load is usually pretty smooth.

Cons

Human resources department needs work, at the end of the day everyone is just a number and easily replaced, there use to be a point system now it is at the supervisors discretion to write you up for attendance...which is good or bad based on your relationship with your supervisor, Human resources does not really care about the employees.

Pros

Slightly better than average benefits Good PTO package & easy to get time off 15 minute paid breaks All managers but one are very professional, friendly & caring people On the WA side (no state income tax) Conveniently located Strong future for the company with pending acquisitions of TWC & Brighthouse Company has been rapidly improving quality of products & consumer value

Cons

Supervisors are over-worked & underpaid - making career advancement a negative When it comes to culture, company "talks the talk" but fails to "walk the walk" Pay is low to start & has low cap, relative to tenured employees Uncertain future with acquisition of TWC & Brighthouse pending Metrics driven decision making is critical to success, reducing emphasis on "doing the right thing" You get screamed at & sworn at on a daily basis (by customers, not colleagues) Parking can be difficult
