Pros

You get Free cable and Internet service. The Medical benefits are good too. Best I've had yet. Friendly coworkers too.

Cons

Wildly fluctuating pay due to changes in commission and incentive pay. 70k one year then 40k the next. Then 70k the next year then back to 40k again. Gets old after a while. Makes planning your life and your children's college education and your retirement savings extremely difficult.

Pros

Hiring is easy, interview was simple. There are some opportunities to learn on current technologies.

Cons

Salary is awful. Some people in mgmt are very bossy and pushy. No benefits, during night shift,no overtime,no pay for work during non-business days or hours. Military kind of rule in mgmt, not open to work from home, flexibility in timings, people who are working from long time act like bosses ,mgmt does not care about employees and are always busy in their own world. Almost seems like racism sometimes, although its not evident . Contractors are treated like house keeping staff,no respect.

Pros

Free internet, TV and phone, starter job, was a short drive from home

Cons

More Than 1/2 the reviews on glass door are fake, nobody has ever been that happy to work here unless you were previously jobless. I can name 50 people right now who worked there and can tell you how bad it sucked and that's just from the Greenville office. Even the employees there hate it. Money was great at 1 point, then pay scale changed, had to work harder to make less money, moved dept 800miles away, forced change to sales, pay scale changed again, making it harder to make less. Joe morone was hired to run Greenville and it went to hell. His exact words to us when he met the first time "I can tell you make too much here just by looking at the cars in the parking lot." So the pay scale changed 2 more times and the call center went from 400+ to less than 200 people when left. In less than 6 months with people leaving voluntarily or getting fired. If you're a supervisor and don't write an agent up, you get written up.
