Everything else. This company makes no effort to keep and/invest in their existing employees. They'd rather hire and train new people every two months than listen to and address the concerns presented to them by the people they've already invested time and money into training. They are not transparent with their promotion model, the requirements to meet the metrics to promote are skewed by factors that are outside of the employees control; you are required to make sales even though you're in an in coming billing department; the ability to get a better shift is near impossible; the overall environment is bad for your mental health. Stay away from this place.
