Pros

Pros: Benefits/Health/Eye 401k and free services

Cons

They Will Kill Your Will To Live Pros: Benefits Cons: Buckle Up When I started they had just taken over TWC, and then the exiting emails began. People who had been with TWC for over 20 yrs were leaving in droves and I should have paid closer attention. This company has no clue what it is doing, it is amazing how they are still in business. They say "you have to be able to constantly change due to technology", the implication is because of tech aka our services. NO ! It is due to the corporation not possessing the ability to plan ! They deploy new projects without planning on training and expect the lowest tiers aka agents to just deal with it all while on the phone with a customer. Almost all of the upper management from sups up are not emotionally mature nor possess people skills enough for their positions, they are also not required to know their agents' jobs. Then they demand the meeting of certain stats for the score cards without any clue as to how the agents are to do that, why ? Because the stats are only achievable by cheating which the "top" agents are doing with supervisor knowledge. Massive fraud taking place all with the company's knowledge. Bullying, shaming and predatory behavior runs rampant by almost all of upper management . The Call Center floor is so toxic you need a HAZMAT suit. I worked in San Antonio, and there were some wonderful Sups but they were being crushed by upper management . I mean crushed ! There were tons of fabulous agents that were paid no attention to while attention was being paid to the "problem children''. You are discouraged from jumping Depts if they see you as an asset to their personal goals. We had Town Halls led by Corporate that were held by some of the most condescending humans I have ever seen. We had Sups having private interactions with agents, we had sexual harrassment all over the place and HR did nothing till it hit epic levels. They will not allow WFH based on medical reasons. Favoritism is rampant ! I was with them for 5 yrs and only made $1 more than the new hires. We were to get 2 pay raises, we got one and they would not discuss the second promised one. My advice is this, if you need the job, stay for only 2 yrs, any longer will suck the will to live right out of you !

Pros

Great company to work for in general, upward growth, decent benefits/pay. Denver office especially has two nice, newer buildings, and there’s a ping pong table in one…

Cons

Procurement department is terrible at keeping its younger employees and managers. Very political as well — one of the senior employees makes it a mission to be a watchdog for some of the VPs. Also, the “open door” policy feels like a facade. The HR business partner is as clueless as it comes and is not on your side.

Pros

Decent 401k match and has all the usual employee benefits. Nothing special

Cons

New CEO wants folks in the office 5 days a week and the office is stiff and impersonable. Highest leadership is mainly white males and women are treated differently in leadership.
