Too many to list but just to name a few... some management staff can make your job extremely stressful with the amount of micromanagement and pressure to hit certain metrics, like most corporations you're only a number not a human being and treated as such especially if you don't hit numbers. The main issue I had which made me leave this company was the commission structure that was constantly being revised so that upper management kept more of the money from the sales we made and gave us less commissions.

- The policies for growth are somewhat archaic such as having to be with the company for a year before being considered for promotion. - Not very data based, at least within HR Customer Operations. - Senior leadership seems to be stuck in their ways so somewhat difficult to create change. - Video will probably be spun off or sold within the next 5 years with the decreasing customer base. - Had a VP tell me "I guess we have an open-door policy" which is literally the first policy within the employee handbook when telling her I reached out to the CHRO.
