Pros

Great Benefits: 401K, and Insurance

Cons

All the sales come through the sales hotline. If you work at a brick and mortar location. You are just there to pick up the crumbs left behind from the first sales rep they spoke to over the phone. You will get A LOT of the trash that the first sales rep didn't or wouldn't deal with. Overall not recommended! At the end of the day you are a glorified equipment checker and it is your fault that you couldn't get more out of the customer!!!

Pros

Lots of room for growth in each site and within the company as a whole. Decent healthcare, encouraged applications for things like valid FMLA, paid bereavement, paid vacation, personal, and sick time (vacation increases with tenure or promotions too) many great people to work with, more professional than most other environments. Free employee cable/internet services and discounted cell phone plan costs.

Cons

Communication across the company is trash- they are terrible at updating content, employee appreciation is an afterthought aside from the large-scale mandatory yearly nominations and those are often used as incentive to apply for promotions or are a popularity contest. Not everyone knows what they are doing, or does their job, but management doesn’t recognize the slackers. They will hurt long-term employee morale to look good with new employees.
