Pros

pay and benefits. fairly easy if you have half a brain and can show up for work. Also if you can hack being on second shift for 6 months before your eligible to bid for a better one.

Cons

to big for its own good. when i started it was very team oriented. now its a dog fight to see who can manipulate there personal stats enough to be eligible to work from home. Work from home is based off of who is in the top 50% in terms of stats. So the top 50% have no reason to help the bottom as they will inevitable be helping someone who could replace them in terms of work from home eligibility. Also they started using an AI to record calls and tell them if the interactions were good or not. That system fails certain people who are actually really good if they don't use cheesy words like tubular and awesome enough on the calls. They have even started telling us that while we are on hold with other departments its smart to start saying those words at random to help our scores with the AI. I am here to help the customer, not talk to hold music so an AI is tricked into thinking the interaction was positive. What kind of madness is that. Hope something changes because we are getting super disconnected from what our customers want. Leadership positions arent actual leadership positions. / Inconsistant rules and policies and you constantly have to navigate grey areas of policy thats maybe not been fully established. The Sup you get along with may shuffle and change every 6 months to a year due to leadership shift bids. If your stuck with a crap sup your stuck... No seniority consideration available in terms of reps. Its all just this dog eat dog ranking system that again inspires the opposite of team building behaviors. Ive been here for a while and they were really onto something when I started. in terms of feeling like I was part of a community/ team. Oh and I say all this as someone who is at home is has a decent enough rank to be their, who still helps his coworkers out regardless of the fact that il probably be sent back to the office in the future for it.

Pros

Initial Pay Benefits are good Luncheons pretty often VTO almost every day

Cons

Switch supervisors almost every month, no exaggeration Metrics are hard to surpass and they are your ONLY opportunity for raises The job itself is grueling, you get cussed out almost every day No assigned seats. Yes. Even while COVID is still happening. Shift bid for every holiday
