Pros
The Job is simple. The people are chill. There is lots of opportunity for growth because the company is growing. However title does not match pay.
Cons
The pay is utter trash. Communication from upper management is is lacking. The systems here are primitive. They lack function/Ability to do the most simple task. Everything is a task or rewind back to early 2000's. Compensation is lacking basing your pay off yield is a set up for failure. Management will make less than sales specialist. Our goals are set differently thus there is little to no way for management to be successful unless you are working in a small store with low traffic with killer sales reps. This is the only way. reps are paid to the number (so they will take as many customers as possible) Management is paid to the yield so if they blow through a lot of customers hit their number, your yield maybe low and you're not getting paid. we have to coach people according to a way they are not being paid. So essentially you get screwed on commission. The math is not mathing
