Pros

Good short term hands on technical experience for young people

Cons

Supervisors only look out for their own numbers and certain techs that help them even it’s by lying and cheating to get the highest. If you don’t like to play games or take mental abuse well this job is not for you as there is plenty of that here. If a supe has to lift a finger to do any work because of you better believe they will retaliate. And if you are a woman don’t bother because they aren’t supportive and don’t care that women have restroom needs in the field and expect the same numbers even if you have to travel miles to find a restroom. And then surprise you get no raise like the guys because you couldn’t pull your weight. Age and disabilty status are frowned upon as you obviously can’t keep a supes numbers up so they will bully and harass you until hopefully you just leave and they don’t have to deal with lawsuits because they fired you for being in a protected class. They have become the worst type of company to work for but being the only show in town and a multi-million dollar one at that we all know money talks. Workers have tried Unionizing many times but anyone found to be involved have been Blacklisted for their entire careers. This place is a train wreck waiting to happen unless good people step up and take it over soon.

Pros

Adequate pay, free services, adequate healthcare

Cons

You will know more than management. The reward for doing your job well is you get to do other people's work load at the end of the night. In the past 5 years it has gotten difficult to use PTO, they continually add restrictions to PTO usage. There are no good shift schedules for field employees and you will not get holidays off

Pros

benefits are better than most other employers

Cons

horrible culture and atmosphere. constant micromanagement. every detail of the day has to be quantified and accounted for. Upper management pushes policies down before any thought is actually put into the effects of implementing those policies. Everybody in management is bogged down by new reports that are created every day to come up with more reasons to tell employees they're doing a terrible job. It got to the point they had to create an entire reporting department just to handle all the new reports.
