The company has great benefits & infrastructure Great product suite They do a fantastic job of customer service & client appreciation They have a great reporting platform Awesome sales support Great software for the sales department

Cons

Inconsistent management, who played favorites. Never left their office, treated some employees different based on their personal relationships. This director of sales had no sales experience & worked for their family company until they were 44 and then landed a sales manager position.

good pay now at 18$ and going up to 20$ soon easy money great cheap benefits for healthcare tuition reimbursement 6 week training if you're looking for a sit down job that you can save up real quick this is it. if you're not really into tech for real you will easily get tired of this job by the last week of training.

Cons

boring easy to get burned out (im sure they have a high turnover rate) they have a new hire class like every week. not fulfilling for the younger generation no attendance policy they don't do a point system so it's up in the air how many days you can miss before getting fired.

Pros

Free coffee and tea. Some free food on occasions. Free services to employees. Insurance.

Cons

Half or more of the workforce is still working from home. The rest of us were demanded to return to the office close to one year. No plans to rotate us anytime soon. Management is antiquated and is not up to speed on tech trends. Most people can work fine from home and be as productive, if not more.
