Pros

A good reason to work at Spectrum would be if you really hate yourself and want people to treat you like garbage.

Cons

So many managers, most of whom make really bad decisions. Inovation is not appriciated. Salaries are low. Designers are treated like children. Requirements for promotion are changed once achieved. Constant lies and accusations from management foster an enviornment of mistrust.

Pros

Good benefits, coupons, perks, gym access

Cons

Rates are raised 1-3x a year on customers and they call in furious all day back to back for weeks. Turnover is high. Training takes weeks so the company can barely hire new people and train faster than people quit. No time between calls as a result. The call metrics determining raises and promotions can be quite punishing if you have 1-2 long calls. The survey can net you 0 stars if the customer hangs up in the middle of the survey. Customers will admit they said 0 stars for a wonderful worker they just hate the company = you never get promoted for things out of your control. You can start off being a good well intentioned employee at this company and get slowly whittled away into someone who doesn't care. I quit before I could lose the best version of myself. It's stressful and frustrating. This company doesn't appear to ever fire mildly rude people. In fact, with good call metrics you might even get praised.
