Pros

Great benefits: 401K with up to 6% match. Medical, Dental, Complimentary services (cable, internet, home phone), discounted cell phone service. Work from home opportunities.

Cons

In-office drama. Some processes are heavily micromanaged by management. Must work at least one weekend day each work week. Work at home representatives have to work mandatory overtime each month.

Pros

Well established company, reliable, repeatable processes, room for growth and promotion. Easy access to leaders and management.

Cons

Not great communication between different corporate sites for same company. Spectrum Vancouver Washington doesn't communicate well with Spectrum Portland Maine.
