Pros

Couldn't find any compared to my pervious 5 organizations. It's odd but the culture is really bad and influenced by ill managers. May be free breakfast or mid night meal of the only plus point. May be salary too till some extent.

Cons

Incapable managers, politics, no cafeteria (only cold drinks n sandwiches), worst transport, they don't have sufficient cabs so they book ola for u. Focus on time spent on seat vs achieving results, lot of micro management even for the tenured ppl of 5+ yrs exp, backward culture where asking questions to managers is a sin! No market positioning and no job security. Have seen my team members sent home without any notice and 2 months basic. If you are slightly smarter than your manger, chances are you will get partially meets expectation rating, worst case you may be put on pip! Very old laptops and pantry is like a small home like kitchen. Doesn't look an mnc and IT company at all.

Navisite - "A bad politics organization"

Pros

None None None None None

Cons

The company is full of politics, no respect for employees. Till 2015 it was a great company to work with. Now it has downgraded its work and employees. No new clients want to join Navisite no matter how much they advertise themselves as a brand/technology. All the clients are leaving so no work left. All the time they keep asking you for initiatives and nothing else. One question: If there is no work, then how will one take initiatives (Idiots) If you are working in a US organization, it is but obvious when you are working in morning shift as per India time, there will be less or no work as there is night time in the US, correct? Then also supervisors/managers keep asking what have you done the whole day??? and they will keep frustrating you all the time. Even if a new employee joins in, he/she leaves within 3-4 months after getting tired with their depressed environment. Every month we see 3-4 resignations. All good supervisors/managers have left the organization and only worst supervisors/managers left in the organization, especially in Navisite Service Center (NOC). Yes, you got the name right Navisite Service Center and not Network Operations Center as we are repairing something (so down market).

Pros

Great pay all things considered, friendly co-workers

Cons

They have zero respect for their frontline. You are simply numbers producing numbers and are made to feel extremely replacable. Commissions have been restructured repeatedly, always in the company's favor.
