Pros

Free cable there used to be a lot but they have eroded most of them including our coffee selection

Cons

The problem is that almost all the employees from all departments are frustrated. They have ruined a lot of people’s lives by cutting commissions. They raised minimum to 15 so they can have some free publicity most Everyone here knows that all upper manegment is doing is make as much money as possible until they sell the company again. They do not care about the employees. No one gets a response from hr. And everyone is afraid to talk to them because there afraid of loosening there job our management is untouchable I have seen one senior director have racial, religious, sexual harassment charges brought up against him and he recommended him to be fired and the boys club just swept it under the rug because the VP went to school with him. Also you know Sedgwick are criminals get rid of them my friend had a heart attack on the job became permanently disabled and Sedgwick denied him they are well known in the insurance industry to not pay and should be not allowed to provide insurance to people and the company knows it I have seen good employees get hurt thinking they would be financially ok with the company provided short and long term disability coverage get denied for bogus reasons. Was not like that under Time Warner Cable

Pros

I have worked for Time Warner, now Spectrum for about ten years. The benefits are very good, including 401k matching, free services, descent medical plans and they also contribute to an additional retirement plan for you in addition to the 401k. The only issue is that the company is experiencing some growing pains after the merger, but things should level out soon.

Cons

The company is experiencing growing pains. Processes and communications are not well mapped out, which creates a breakdown in communications between departments.

Pros

paychecks have not bounced, great co workers. True team work.

Cons

they say they have a open door policy, you may be able to voice your input but it will never be heard from by anyone with power to make a decision. Not even a pie for thanksgiving. Low pay for amount of responsibility.
