Pros

Steady work, meager benefits, abundant overtime - can consistently work up to the DOT mandated number of daily/weekly hours.

Cons

Low hourly rate, nearly impossible to get a day off or vacation - uneven distribution of workload - some routes had ridiculous about of freight compared to others - I NEVER got a break during the day, let alone a LUNCH.

-Weekend off -Set schedule -Benefits available but are not very good

Cons

-Very low pay -Understaffed you end up doing the job of two people -Management and co-workers are not friendly -Very hard work -Dead end job with no advancement To sum up this company survives off taking advantage of local college students in St. Cloud by paying them minimum wage even though they can easily afford to pay them twice that.
