      Pros

      Great work environment with many excellent co-workers, great relationships with community outreach organizations, employee perks (annual employee picnic, employee carnival, etc.) good benefits, decent bonuses, competitive salary, tuition reimbursement, & potential for future advancement.

      Cons

      Lack of communication amongst managers & supervisors to employees, lack of job training for ALL employees, non-personable supervisors, office cliques, & no inner-office support during time off (vacations, etc.)

      Minimum pay for all that is expected. Management is not given enough labor hours to be consistent in great customer service

      Pros

      Customer service is primary focus of company. Good upper management and support. Great marketing model and infrastructure. Excellent rewards program that drives repeat customers. Many opportunities for advancement and lateral moves into corporate positions.

      Cons

      Not enough pay for managers or CSR's. Employment structure needs increased wages for CSR's (minimum wage). Not enough hours to staff store during peak hours and truck delivery days. Store managers in metro areas don't have much say in hiring decisions. Too much time spend training new employees who should not have been hired to start with. (No transportation, live too far away from job, ie call offs and no shows. Results in management working too much overtime and double shifts.
