Pros

Speedway is growing and they truly value their employees. If you are passionate about your career or show genuine desire to succeed the company will do everything they can to get you where you want to be career wise. Also, a lot of really smart people to learn from. Good work life balance, too.

Cons

There is a lot of movement/promotions within departments so people aren't in there positions too long. This is a good and bad thing...good because there is so much opportunity to advance but bad because it's hard to get acclimated and no one is a true SME. The culture could be better but they are working on that in a very serious way.

Pros

The customers were the best. Have flexibility with hours and days working. Never standing in the same spot for very long.

Cons

Store management is a bummer it was like being in high school all over again. Way to much favoritism and drama.
