      Pros

      Customers are very nice and friendly and other co- workers are too .

      Cons

      Hopefully you don't have a store manager that thinks she does everything, and tells all of the customers that she is the only one that works around there , and has nothing good to say about any of her staff , and does nothing but yell and complaint hopefully you don't have this kind of strore manager because it really sucks get rid of management like that and teach them to work as a team and you would have a very good place to work at .

      An old man who was about to turn 100 years was interviewed. Asked to share in some of his wisdom acquired over the years, he stated: "it is best to have a job then not to have a fob.' If having a job is a pro, then that is the only pro working at Speedway.

      Cons

      Speedway is not an employee-friendly company. Candidates hired are usually low-educated and non motivated. Managerial staff receives little support from district managers who are usually under pressure to increase store revenues. The worst part of this job is having to deal with the public. Depending on the location, if the store is located in poor neighborhoods, expect rude treatments by entitled-minded customers. Recommend staying away from this company.
