The greatest customers Good insurance Open door policy DM's care

Cons

Don't seem to value long term mgrs Expected 50+ hours scheduled then if something comes up you work extra and can't adjust hours Very high expections with few employees to get work done

It's better than no job. and has good benefits.

Cons

over worked and under staffed Hires from outside instead of promoting within. If you do get offered a promotion the raise wont be equal to the work load. They have unrealistic expectations in the amount of work able to be accomplished in a single day. In return it results in lowered or no bonus. They have an extremely high employee turn over. Don't get attached to your co workers because they aren't likely to be there after a few months. Most don't make it 3 months.
