Pros

Tenure within organization. State their is potential for growth & development.

Cons

Vacation & holiday time is poor. Have a lot of "check the box" tasks. Must be fully relocatable to truly advance in organization.

Pros

Weekly Pay (which didn't matter because my checks were skimpy from skimpy hours) Easy Access to Cheap Snacks Clock on the Wall

Cons

No Hours or Days (4 hours 2 or 3 days/week) Constantly Busy Rude and Ignorant Customers Extremely High Expectations (register, cleaning, stocking, being Superman or Jesus - whichever you prefer) Basically = You're Expected to be On All the Time!! - closing register when line is crazy long Started working in June and hardly made anything. 3 or 4 hours. By the end of August (when I'm returning to college), I'm working 7 hours and my paychecks increased. But by then it didn't matter because I was leaving. Pissed me off.
