Pros

Fast paced and rarely not busy so it's not boring. Room to advance and opportunity to grow. Enjoy the customer service side.

Cons

Dealing with rude customers. Schedule inconsistency and unless management, will not give full-time status or hours. No scheduled break or lunch so often do not get either.

Pros

Great training program for all postions, offers monthly bonuses for all postions not just Salary personal.Generally great co-workers.Good work / home time balance.

Cons

Don't get same days off every week, 1 weeks paid vacation after 1 year, most companies give you 2 weeks after a year,very few full time postions mostly part time, In some cases management plays favoritism.
