Pros

Working with the public, pay is good, benefits are good, bonus potential is good, and promotion opportunities aren't too bad.

Cons

Corporate personnel is not personable or compassionate. Everything is an item or a situation, and never a real person with real problems. They will make a manager drive to a store in level 3 driving conditions, and work endless hours if necessary.

Pros

None everything sucks about this place--except if you consider job security due to people quitting all the time and turnover being so bad.

Cons

Expectations and demands on employees are unrealistic and out of control. It is a "its never good enough" atmosphere and a "do more- do more with less and less people" environment. Crappy pay...don't respect their educated and experienced workers. Monthly inspections a joke and impossible to pass. Morale is bad for all in store employees including management because they hate their jobs too.
