Pros

Nothing - waste of time!

Cons

Store management does not have proper business acumen to operate an effective business. A lot of double talk. You are told one thing and they do another. Inadequate training of staff, incompetent management - that a lot of them have only a high school education. No support from DMs RMs.

Pros

Speedway is an excellent place to begin your working life. Jobs are plentiful, and management is made of good people. There are plenty of opportunities to move up. Also, weekly pay is a huge plus.

Cons

Starting pay is minimum wage, but however you are elegible for raises every so often.

Pros

None that I can think of besides increasing my skill set in the cleaning of toilets and making coffee.

Cons

Many. I was not given any breaks even during 10 and 11 hour shifts. No time to eat lunch and many times you are discouraged from using the restroom. Constant stress for low pay.
