None, the are no Pros to working for this company. The pay stinks. The management is laughable at best - they are just glorified slave masters
Cons
Lied to by the recruiter--told would have ample training before left alone on overnight shift, told only alone for 1-2 hours overnight, was told would have about 32 hours a week...had two days of training (on food prep & cleaning food -drink machines) then assigned to 11p-6a shift with very little cashier training...everything that could go wrong did....manager showed up at 5a and was told "I am not here to help you, I have work of my own to do"...never received more than 14 hours in a week...breaks NOT and was made to feel guilty about taking one...could not bring in your own food or drink...(did not really matter not like you could eat anything, no lunch break or breaks at all) lasted 19 days before I found a job that I am now very happy at.....
