Don't even consider it

Pros

Can't think of any whatsoever

Cons

On my third day was scheduled for a 10 hour shift with no lunch, employee who was supposed to work with me called off...ended up working alone overnight. Was expected to clean, prepare food and unload a truck with over 200 boxes all while listening for customers to come into the store. Quit the next day. Poor Pay.

Pros

As a manager days fly by because there are a lot things to do. It is fun to build work relationships with regular customers.

Cons

Need to make tough decisions on a regular basis. Authorized hours are tight making it difficult to run a store.
