Pros

Consistent work hours, respectable pay, theres a respectable benefits package but other than that you have to really want the job to stay

Cons

They will literally find any reason to let you go an not pay unemployment if they dont like you in fact manager bonuses are affected if you do collect i was forced to go to court over it.

Pros

Great Customers and Co workers-Family atmosphere. Good Benefits

Cons

have to work 50+ hours a week-the schedule of hours for co managers (every weekend), no work life balance, low pay for prior work experience and 4 year degree. Very high demands put on all store employees-the lack of labor hours allowed for whats expected to be done!! No breaks for any employee either even with long work hours.
