Company Car Manage own schedule Value long term employees, job opportunties in Enon Office promote from within, company provided laptop

Cons

Very few job opportunties outside of Enon Office, disconnect senior management, value long term employees over those who do the job, performance is judged based on subjective issues not performance metrics, lack diversity of thought, stuck in old ways due to connection with vendors

Pros

No one always standing over your shoulder. Upper management will leave you alone as long as your numbers are good.

Cons

A lot of time standing with ten to twelve hour shifts, leading to sore feet and cramping legs. No breaks.

Pros

Excellent benefits package, monthly bonus potential up to $3000 a month if you're in a good store, retirement pension fund (which was recently changed)

Cons

Stores are constantly under staffed, the salary for the managers is nowhere near what it should be considering the amount of work that is required of them. District and Regional management do not give you the pats on the back when you deserve them. Extremely high turnover rate because the CSR starting wages are way below the standard.
